JWS Group, LLC founder Julie Shipman has been a corporate recruiter for over 20 years with professional networks and experience in Minnesota, Connecticut and New York City. Filling positions across industries, Julie’s recruiting experience spans public and privately traded companies, consulting firms and non-profits. Julie has hired over 3,000 people in her corporate career; into roles such as leadership, hospitality, sales and marketing, technology, engineering, finance and campus hiring, to name a few. She and her team have a combined 70 years of real-world experience in career coaching, recruiting, human resource partnership and employee development.
